Obviously it predates pretty great orchestrators like Stravinsky, but otherwise a good place to start. Considering that film music is pretty much stuck at Mahler it covers most bases.

I've read through the entire Garritan online orchestration course and I found it helpful. I also find this to be a good resource:

Robin Hoffman - Daily Film Scoring Tips

It's from the perspective of film scoring but it provides daily tips on orchestration, composing, technical aspects of recording. I recommend going through the archive of past tips.
