Are any of you using Studio.HD? I downloaded the 4 track free Studio M which is a junior version and it appears to be just what I want, an arranger for things pasted from iElectribe, Sunrizer etc. PLUS it has recordable effects parameters.
Before I lay down the measly ten bucks, are there any gotchas? I wonder why this doesn't get more attention as it looks really cool, based on descriptions and my experience with Studio M.

To be honest it's the best loop arranging app on the iPad in my opinion, although I haven't used the MultitrackDAW app to compare. I love it, but the only thing I don't like is it's file-management for importing your own loops. Importing any more than 10 loops is a pain because the browsing interface is so cramped. But other than that, it's brilliant.

Yeah Multitrack DAW also looks good. I like the automatable effects in studio.HD though.
In studio.hd with the tempo override feature, can you completely turn off the time stretching and have things at their original length, or do you have to tell it your desired tempo for a clip? What if you paste in speech or a field recording? There are some clips that I don't want messed with...

Off the top of my head I'm not sure, I've just been a complete loop-whore
It's worth emailing them and asking though - I had questions and they got back to me within a day!

It could have been pretty nice, easy part moving and looping, able to record automation, bunch of fx...
But indeed the file system sucks so bad even with a jailbreaked pad that it's useless for me.
