My only request would be for Ableton or Zebra style lines when moving a knob. Something that shows me a knob starts from 0 or starts in the middle and shows how much of something is set at a quick glance. The small red markers are not immediately striking when viewing.

I'd also like shift instead of ctrl to be used as the fine-grain control button (or maybe both?).

Otherwise I like the gui, even the huge name at the top. :)

I will take all of the above into consideration. I'm not sure if I can change the ctrl thing to shift - it is part of the framework code. As far as the Ableton type markers for 0, I will look into how this could be implemented.

In the next week or so, I'll be releasing an update to ValhallaRoom, with a resizable GUI. Dennis was very helpful in linking to the screenshot. Here's another one:

This shows the original size (the big one), as well as different smaller sizes. The resizing is totally continuous. At the smallest sizes, the text gets a big blurry, but I don't think there is any getting around that - just make it the size that works for you. The current size will be the max size of the new one - I doubt that anyone needs it to be bigger.

I've already changed the red knob markers to be somewhat larger, so they are easier to see when you shrink the GUI. I might make them brighter by default, and have them get dimmer when you mouse over.

The next plugin will be resizable out of the box.

I remember a mention of a Spring Reverb after VRoom was released. That's what I'm looking forward. There isn't a kick algo Spring Verb in the VST World yet. No question Valhalla can claim King to that.

The spring reverb is on hold for now. I've worked on these in the past, but to be honest a realistic emulation will require a LOT of cycles, as well as a lot of R&D.

I'm finishing up the ValhallaRoom update right now, and will then get back to ValhallaÜberMod. So, hopefully more examples next week.
