Same with me, unless I've done lots of physical labor the day before. I like to get up early and work on a song. Though those days will be ending soon with new responsibilities.polyslax wrote:Thanks Chuck! Hehehe, yeah, I've always been a 4-6 hours max sleeper, and music, well I just find it endlessly fascinating. I like all kinds of music. Guitar is my home base, and I grew up on a steady diet of rock, blues and soul/funk. These days my listening bounces all over the map, from electronic to classical to electro-acoustic to 70s pop to blues...any1particular wrote:lol...Matt! I knew it! You don't SLEEP! You are like a mad scientist that has a obsessive compulsive thirst for all things music-(especially electronic?)!!! Obviously you are quite passionate about it.polyslax wrote:Thanks any1!
I sleep as little as possible in fact, always felt it was a bit of a waste. I put the blame for this track squarely on the shoulders of µTonic though. I wasn't looking to do a track, just figured I'd create some kits and patterns. Then I hit on the main perc rhythm and think... maybe I'll just add a little bass to that... then piano... then...
Your music has such a nice clear quality to it. I would love to sit and watch you perform your majic.
µTonic? Oh boy. Now I may have to get it-help!!!!
Peace.
So those nice melodic sounds come from µTonic too, versatile instrument.
Neat sounding intro, reminds of a sound effect from bladerunner. Echoboy on the piano?
