No idea, but it looks like the teacher had Band in a Box come up with a random song which he uses to torture the students.

Guys I listened to this song for 90 seconds; that's all I could take. It's in the chromatic key. That's all the black keys on the keyboard plus all the white keys. Just fart around with a few random notes in the high and low registers of the piano with some pauses you're golden! If it starts to sound like music you're doing it wrong.
