Hi there
G-Stomper 1.3.9 has just been released. Hope you enjoy the new features..

User-SoundSets:
You can now save your own sample mappings as User-SoundSets (full version only)

Major Tablet Optimization:
Tablet friendly flexible layout for big screens

MPC like Swing:
In addition to the swing factor, you can now configure, which steps should be swing-activated

Track Mute/Solo controls in EFX section (Thanks to bmot)

Multiple (selectable) Export Audio Formats (8/16bit, 22050/44100kHz, mono/stereo)

In-App User-Samples management. You can now use the 'SoundSet Ld/Sv' menu actions 'Add User-Sample folder' and 'Remove User-Sample folder' to import/un-import your own sample folders.

1/4 Bar Steps are now highlighted with bold text

Common Improvements:
Clicking on the title text below the track and efx faders now shows the fader value on display
Loading a Pattern Set containing a 'not longer existing' or 'corrupt' Pattern will now replace these Patterns with an initial one instead of cancel the loading process

Hi there planeth, you did a great job adding the EFX mute/solo function, thanks for implementing.

Thank you :), no problem. I'm almost finished with the main task list... so I'll have time soon to have a closer look to the feature requests you sent me.

Would this be easy (or even possible) to port to a PC? I only ask because I have a touchscreen Windows 7 tablet, the larger screen would be great with this and I could integrate it into my regular setup.

btw, I was on holiday in Spain last week and sat on the beach making beats with G Stomper. Normally I find the beach a bit boring but not this time 8)

Hi bmot.

It would be possible, since it's all pure java. The audio engine is working without problems in my junit tests, so it would be only the GUI to be ported.
But easy, unfortunately not. Since I used the Android API for the GUI, I had to rewrite the complete GUI for a windows (or at least any java) environment.

For the moment, I don't have the time to do this. Maybe I rewrite the GUI in a future release using OpenGL. Then it would be easier (hopefully)

Tested this on an Evo the other day and was pretty impressed - look forward to trying with my own samples..
Thanks for making a no nonsense app so we can actually develop ideas on the go!
