I actually liked the organ, which is unusual for me.

My only minor and inconsequential criticism is that it bothered my that the snare was panned to the left.

Yes. I have 2 kits in there, one panned slightly left and the other slightly right. I like to keep some degree of stereo separation between the various drum tracks. It is probably easier to handle at remix time. When my hard drive eventually dies I hope to buy a much more powerful machine. At that time I shall probably rethink the way I record drums (and maybe everything else as well).
