Yeah, my experience was about 2 to 2.5 hours for the install on a i7 machine.CWoodOne wrote:Installation was right around 2 hours on my computer... however I'm not seeing Retro Machines Mk2 in with the other Kontakt Libraries, anyone know where it gets installed? (Ultimate upgrade version)
You will notice that you're missing the Retro Machines AND the Solid Mix Series packs. After you register K8U, you'll get an email with instructions on where to get the downloads for these. Apparently, they got left off the hard drive due to last minute production changes.
You will also get a $30 off coupon for the NI shop which is a pretty funny perk considering that you theoretically have everything in it already. What's even funnier is that the coupon has a 90 day expiration date. So either they're going to be introducing some new gear on the coming quarter, or there's a lot of us that are S.O.L.
