I just tried entering my serial in the upgrade bit 3 times and it says it doesn't recognise it (I still have my original email in from GForce with it in from 2008)

From the time I bought it til now.
I'll try to get a few reports, and user notes together to submit.
Hope they'll get some attention though.
Put together crash logs along with as good a description as you can of the problem, ideally after having isolated it to some degree (there are occassionally some issues that just can't be replicated on any test system I or GForce have access to, so I have to rely completely on bug reports to work out where things are going wrong). Movies can also be useful because often I find that what I understood somebody meant when they described something is rather different to what they actually did, but if I see and hear it, it all makes sense.
Then send them through to GForce support, and they'll be sent on to me, and I'll fix it.

Once again, as I said before, this link doesn't work for me. I even cleared my browser cache.

OK, I got my discount code from member's account.
Then the SagePay got me annoyed...
When I chose pay with PayPal with SagePay, PayPal.co.uk didn't allow me to pay and said this:
"Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to"
Then I went back and chose to pay with VISA, after less than 10 secs I got this:
"HTTP Status Code: 408
HTTP Status Message: The client failed to send a request in the time allowed by the server.
Error Code : 5999
Error Description : The Session is invalid or has expired.
Copyright Sage Pay 2010 "
Now I HAVE USED my one-time only discount code and remain UNSURE of whether my credit card has been processed
. Why can't GForce just use the usual transaction agents like other developers choose to have???

I can only reiterate what I said earlier.
If you have issues, contact GForce support directly, they will be sorted, as I think was demonstrated by the experience of a couple of people earlier in this thread.

Hi there,
gave the demo (PC, VST-version) a first run,
and noticed that in Cubase 5 the FX version doesn't show up.
I assume it's related to the fact that both the synth as also the FX version
have the same VST-ID ?!
Cheers

In my case, disconnecting from my wifi internet connection and then reestablishing the connection anew fixed the "waiting for DNS" problem. But once on the site, I found that the online purchase facility did not work (repeatedly returned an error message at end of checkout, even though all information was entered correctly). I've emailed Gforce support about it.

got the upgrade myself now. You have to restart your host after entering the registration code and then it should work. This was written in the message i got after entering the code.
At least it worked that way for me.

How? Where? As I said before, I can't even get to the site to find out how to contact support!!!

Love it
Purchased 15 minutes into the trial. impOSCar 1 is one of my all time favourite softsynths, and I'm falling in love all over again.
The large (what really should be 'mammoth'!) GUI is wicked! It's actually larger than my (QWERTY) keyboard on-screen; insane (yet prefferable to me)
I'm getting carried away putting unison on all my old patches, but I'll enjoy it whilst the novelty lasts. The unison glide is way out there! Really nice.
The only negative (and this has been said) is that my imp1 presets (all converted perfectly mind you) all sound quiet(er). Not a biggie, and I'm nitpicking to find any other fault.
Here it is though: the manual doesn't specify you have to be in CC mode to change GUI size; I scratched my head for 10 minutes wondering where the option was!
Tough luck, I am biased: IMP2 is bloody brilliant!

Woo.
Very happy to see that the PC version is released.
I've just purchased an upgrade and had zero problems with the whole process.
@ cranium
There is an init patch included with the extra Mr Arkadian presets that are available to download from the GForce impOSCar2 Group page.
Back to the Screaming Bastard I go.

I don't have anything against gravity but it really does weigh me down

Hey Cranium, glad I could help !
Gosh it's a beast indeed.
I'm about to attempt to bring in some of my old impOSCar patches.
