It's nice but I need to be able to morph the sounds in Kore - can you fix the issue please?

Unfortunately there is no any of your works (sound design, music, drawing or whatever) to see, if you really can do something great but critics. These presets may be good or bad, but good people put a lots of work to it (and I'm not speaking just about myself) and did a good job.
There is too much self-exposure in your jugging, but not much true and respect to work of others.
Well i have been through the presets and i like them, maybe you guys didn't have alot of time but still the presets on show are of great quality. A synth like this would take a while to get used to IMO.
Good job anyways, i only recognise your name in the SD's presets but i also like the other guys stuff too.
Thanks
Rob

I guess he was just a bit dissapointed to not see more really complex kind of presets.

So I just have to update FLStudio to 10.0.8 and it's in?
Ah, that's great.tony tony chopper wrote:Note that the FL version doesn't have the noise.

Maybe that's the case but we don't know how long the guys had to do them for showing off the synth, i still liked the sounds i heard, probably get more complex stuff from them in the future. It's a nice synth, i like the GUI and it sounds lovely IMO.Nokenoku wrote:I guess he was just a bit dissapointed to not see more really complex kind of presets.

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I'm not a professional sound designer, I only create sounds for my own personal use and don't really have time to make banks. Yes, the presets are fine they just don't show off what Harmor is really capable of IMO.ATS wrote:presets sounded pretty good to me. If you release a good bank I would buy it though
tony tony chopper wrote:The synth was new to them as well, and it takes time to learn it.I made a call for preset designers last month, if you believe you can do better we're still interested for future updates.
@Julian Ray: I do respect the work they did, that doesn't mean I have to like what I hear. Don't make me out to be a bad guy here, I'm just a little unimpressed and expected more from the presets.Julian Ray wrote:Unfortunately there is no any of your works (sound design, music, drawing or whatever) to see, if you really can do something great but critics. Whenever anyone gives a little negative criticism these days, people always come back with - 'let's see if you can do better' it has really become the default retort these days, hasn't it? Does this mean, if the stuff I do isn't very good that I'm automatically unqualified to give my opinion?
Just to be clear. I said the songs are poor IMO, not the presets. Just that the presets didn't impress me at all, that's not to say they are bad, I was just expecting more adventurous presets that fully explore the resysnthesis stuff. Well, Tony explained why that is and I understand that. I'll just dig into it myself and find out what it can do..

I also thought the presets are a bit weak, and I do have some sound design examples out there for other synths.
No disrespect meant though. I thought most sounds were a bit too "common" and not bold enough. I also noticed that way too many sounds use the unison module which makes the overall stereo spectrum a bit boring. Preset after preset is widened and detuned. It gets pretty boring very quickly. I would understand this and forgive this if we were talking about a relatively simplistic synth but Harmor is anything but.
I'll probably be purchasing Harmor at some point but for now I've got to save up to that Komplete 8 ultimate package.
@Gol: Did I understand correctly that I can still use the demo for sound design but I just can not open the .fxp files once they are saved?
Cheers

Bug in Harmor when in used in energyXT 2.5.4
Oh boy, Harmor is an excellent synth, it has the warmth of Harmless and potential for truly earbending sounds.
So far I've only found this bug: When I start my host (energyXT 2.5.4) and open Harmor, it works fine. As soon as I open another plugin - no matter which one, be it a synth or an effect - and use it, Harmor's GUI turns totally black. I can play the sound and if I choose another preset, some graphical leftovers hang in the air (on my computermonitor, I mean).

So, Amazing synth! This is something you will need along with your VA. This can be ultimate pad machine. First, i started comparing it with the subtractive synth. But it's just wrong! If you wanna VA, then buy a new VA! Easy as that.
I did find one weird thing though with the semi octave relation between two parts. I will report later.

Oh man, really liking this, but bugs and windows only. The windows part won't change so I hope the bugs do!
Got a bug with Live quite a few times where I would get a pause every second or so as if the cpu was being overloaded, but it wasn't. I had to quit and re-open Live to fix it. This happened after I got the "bug" of the cursed noise going away too, so they may be related. I had one instance of 20-30 minutes where it didn't hiss at me and strangely enough that's when I decided I liked the thing.
I'm also getting somewhat random CPU spikes.
Any chance we will see more parts? I could load more instances, but it's very easy to make a good sound!
If you switch articulations or mapping it would be be good if it stayed on the same modulation i.e. LFO, envelope.
Part link per item would be useful. Or at least per section like filter, timbre, etc.
I can't seem to find a way to duplicate or reset an entire part? Right click to clear took me a while to figure out.
The presets do seem rushed. Some of it's personal taste, but even a lot of the generic dance sounds are improved by turning on the second part, quickly dividing the freq by 4 and semi-haphazardly throwing modulation around. "Create sequence" is very cool.
One or two presets with a super long release and tons of evolving modulation just to show off wouldn't hurt. Paradoxically, because it's so easy to use I am somewhat questioning if I can get any deep sounds out of it.

Took me 5 mins to play with the demo, that synth is like a microcosmos raised by a galaxy
too much power, must ... self destruct!
(...and now it doesn't show DEMO anymore
)
must now ... make sound.
I too think the presets are a bit.. metallic. But as soon as began dumping violins, pianos etc. and playing with the resynthesis it really opens a new ... universe
great work IL

If you go back to page 6, you'll see where Scott/IL tested sounds I made in the demo and they do save correctly and will work fine in the registered version... I may actually sell my soul to get Harmorbmanic wrote:
