Most of what I've learned was by trial and error. Than trying to emulate details of real instruments helped big time, taking part in patch contests, Howard's new videosSounds great! What sound design info/site/tutorials did you read? I could use some fresh reading, thanks!

Corin, if you use Reaper, go pick up a $10 usb gamepad. The analog sticks work *great* as midi sources. It's how I do modwheel, pitch-bend, and aftertouch. 3ee...wish I'd saved my money for one of those Novation Controllers. Oh well, all the keys and sliders still work, mostly what counts for me at the moment.
