Hi,
I am no expert by any stretch of the Imagination, but I love working with Omnisphere so much, I am sitting at it every free minute, always learning something new.
In a world that is increasingly dominated by 'financial fascists', excuse me for being so blunt, I just thought, perhaps a little altruism here and there is a good thing, and you might like to join me here and share a few multis?
Here is a simple STACK mode that I created for use with a large Hall, I used Galbanums Breeze for this multi which I started working at only this afternoon. This is how it sounds so far.
http://soundcloud.com/oceanviewstudio/bnw-stargate
Here is the multi.... hope you like it.

P.S. Are there any special tags for soundcloud or can you only post the url and not the wave form player?

S-Groove
STACK Mode, latched, play single note and use modwheel to morph slowly through the groove. Requires Moog Tribute Library!

Stack mode rules!
Its such a powerful tool to layer a couple of sounds and create something new!
I use it all the time in my productions!
Thanks for sharing yours!

MINIMAL
Using two Omnispheres in Live mode, recorded and 'filmed' as played. The goal was to have a lot of space for additional voices later on. Here is a video, my first ever
, of the live recording
http://vimeo.com/28984656
I am not sure what I did wrong, but when I play the video in HD I get intermittent drop outs. I used MPEG4 High efficiency codec in iShowU. Perhaps it is playing flawless on your system, I only have about 1.5 mbit available here in the 'digital outback'. Would be nice if the one or other let's me know if the audio is playing without drop outs on his/her system.
The multis require - the really outstanding - Moog Tribute Library which can be found here: http://www.spectrasonics.net/products/tribute/
MINIMAL 1+2

Thanks for sharing the vid, I cannot use the multis as I don't own Omnisphere but it's on my wishlist and will probably be the next synth (must resist.... argghh!) I will get - when I'm done with the JD-800 that is.Oceanviewstudio wrote:MINIMAL

Your vid ran smoothly in HD on my system, no drop outs. You also got some surprisingly good ambient stuff on your soundcloud page - some of them (in particular the vid) sounds like something from the ultimae records range. Kudos.

Well, I did not share it.... yet.... it is not finished.AetherCoyl wrote:Awesome use of Omnisphere, I really enjoyed it. Very generous of you to share
Thanks!
P.S. If anyone has a hint why the HD button is missing, much appreciated. The first vid just automatically made a HD version out of it, not with this one apparently.

Inspirational stuff. Thanks so much for sharing. I'll be downloading your multis when I get home next week, and will try and share some of my own when I get to grips with Multis.

A dumb question: Where should I put these so Omnisphere finds them? I have them in STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings Library/Multis/User. Should they be somewhere else?
