What kind of synth does he use? How to get this sound?

I have Zebra, Massive, all Native Instruments(!), Nexus, Dune, Omnisphere.

Do I need an real analog vst like Sylenth?

Fantastic!

I'm not familiar with all the synths you mention, but you could definitely make this with Massive or Omnisphere. Off the top of my head, it's probably layered, detuned saw oscillators through a resonant filter, with delay applied, and portamento active.
