in gladiator2 it is really nice. too bad electrax has not the option afaik

Also HG Fortune Synths. The most of them can do this. "Lazy" button is called.

And also Synth1 with Zorniko's preset randomizer. Send a private message to him so you could make bazillion patches for free.
