Certainly sounds like detuned saws, probably monophonic (maybe unisoned for body) and portamento to sweep between pitches. There'll be subtle stuff too, like good reverb and EQ to take out low frequencies.

What synth have you tried to use for that? What kind of filters have you tried to apply?

Took less than a minute to do. Super Saw with generous detune and some glide, no filter. But the instrument used is not available yet
