Thank you kind Sir....

yup, Been My DAW of choice since it was known as Massiva
back in the stone age! The closest thing I could find
like Music-X on my Amiga-500.

Great little synth

thanks

The self-oscillating filter is very musical but i'm missing the possibility to:
1/ modulate it at the same time by the MOD ENV & the LFO (ditto for PITCH MOD)
2/ use the host's BPM as LFO's clock (for slower or synced cycles)

www.blaukraut.info
the website is perfect and oldschool, the way I like it :)

Does someone get any sound out of Charlatan i Studio One?

This is planned.

Great news ... thanks for this excellent sounding synth. :)

Hi, I'll just point out that this is the easiest synth I've ever played with. It's not just easy to use, it's easy to make it sound good, so that keeps my spirits up.
Thanks, Mr. karrikuh!

What do you recommend to use in order to save and load patches easily?
I would really like a "save patch" button and that it would be added to the fxb automatically .. right now i have a bunch of fxp's that i have to load one at a time .. which makes preview a hassle

OSC (one synth challenge) is coming up and preliminary results say charlatan will be the synth of choice :D

Little (well, not so little) problem: the synth doesn't appear in Cubase SX - or rather, it does load, but it's not selectable from the tracks...
The previous versions did, though.

Any decent host application should allow you to assemble patches into FXB banks for easy browsing. A very good one in this regard is Tobybear's MiniHost.

Check out the new Amiga topic in the computer setup forum,
pics and video

oops, the kiddies here might have expected something/someone drastically different at the
topic I mentioned  :hihi:

Hi all, thanks for electing Charlatan for the latest OSC!

Just want to let you know that version 1.1 is out which fixes parameter automation in Cubase and Orion (the latter would crash when attempting to select a parameter).
