I did mention that in my last note to Andy. Both my devices are jailbroken (for BiteSMS, Infinifolders, etc). However, I've never had an issue with any other apps related to this. I finally went ahead and re-purchased the Pro update on my iPad, and the iTunes store told me I had already purchased it and it was a free download.
However I did not get that message when "repurchasing" the Arp bank (which I own the desktop version of). I haven't received a receipt from the iTunes store yet, so I don't know if I was actually charged for it or now. I'm not terribly concerned either way, I'd just like to help you guys figure out what's going on.
