The download link for the new beta is not working for some reason. Just goes to some generic yahoo site with a funky japanese font.

Edit:
Try it again later works! I made a mirror for Synth1 1.13 beta5:

It`s not a bug... it`s a feature!

Thanks a million to both of you.
Hope s1 will be supported forever :)
(doesnt need any new thing added to me, except that "portable mode" for presets).
Thanks for that amazing gift Daichi !

I'm sorry that I haven't replied to you in spite of sending valuable comment to me.
I don't feel up to send response to you all because I'm not good at English.

I think your suggestion is certainly true and this method is more general.
I want to improve my software like this in a future, although I can't say when it comes true.

Thanks!

It would be much better if synth1 could look, for instance, in a "presets" folder in its own folder, instead of the "ini" system which tells it where to look for, it doesnt make sense, and is horrible to deal with if you change hd drive letter, or folder location etc...

Thanks

I've been looking for a synth like this for years. Like Subtractor but stereo.
Too bad it's not in audiounit cause it would be great to use it in Numerology.

I use Ableton Live 8.2.2 - OS X 10.6.8 and I can't automate synth parameters. Anyone else having this problem?

Does this work on PPC osx 10.4.11? I can't get live or logic to recognize it.

that google VST wrapper isn't working for me. it starts scanning my plugs and then crashes every time. tried re-downloading, but same thing happens. anyone else having this problem?

may just wait for the AU version.

Here's a workaround: move all your vsts but synth1 (and any other vst you want to wrap) to another folder, run the wrapper app and create au versions, then put back the plugins you moved in their original folder.
If it still crashes during the initial scanning, try adding one plugin at time so you'll find out which plugins are responsible for the crash.

That's exactly what I did and it worked a treat.
