It cost me a $10,000 bribe, but it was worth it.

For me it's been the most efficient DAW on OSX I've tried (and I've tried Logic, Cubase, Reaper and Live). Pretty stable too.

(The only major issue I've had (and am still having) is with third party 64 bit VST plugins that use JUCE... the GUI's will not show up at all. Presonus say that it is not their issue but it appears that they might have some implementations that one could call non-standard). Whether or not that will have changed in V2 I don't know but I hope so.
I'd like to go 64bit at some stage.Hopefully within the next year.
May I ask which plug-ins are causing issues?
64bit VST versions of The Glue, Slate Digital VCC, Blue Cat Audio and all Loomer plug-ins.

This is just 64bit VST on OSX (AU works fine).

I reckon they'll be a fix before you need them, it's just some issue to do with JUCE-compiled 64bit VSTs in S1... the GUIs will not show up. That's been my only niggle with S1.
Thanks for the info :tu:

Win 7 x64 here S1 user here - The Glue shows up fine, no issues. Maybe it's limited to OSX?

I believe it is limited to OSX... something is clashing between JUCE-built VSTs and the way Studio One handles plug-ins.

It's not a dealbreaker as the AU's work fine, more of a minor annoyance if you prefer to work with solely VSTs.
