Personally I reckon you would be better off with the new Behringer Knob box which is due to come out very soon. Or it may even be out already

Damn good price on that too.

Hi,
yeah Im aware of these, but I have the oportunity to get one for half price, plus the behringers cant sequence. Also, Id wait for reviews of the behringer if I was interested.

I have got a Doepfer Pocket Dial. You can't fault the build of the Doepfer kit, it is rock solid. Kraftwerk are using it for their current tour.
I just wish the PD had an LED read out to show the current patch number and that it also had a way of changing program patches from the box itself. Like the Kenton boxes do have. It also doesn't have a power on off switch, which is a annoying.
The Regelwerk is the one with the 24 sliders on it, right?. Sounds like it would be a good control surface for sequencer's mixer. What sequencer you using? Maybe check the support for the Regelwerk. Personally I'm not a big fan of using sliders for vsti's but that's just me. Sliders do have the advantage that you can move 10 at once if you wish.
My advice is that if you can get the Regelwerk for half price then go for it. You could always ebay it if you decide you don't like it.
hope this helps

The Regelwerk rocks big time, you can control everything with it, practical. Also building presets is very easy with the Editor that you can download from doefer. Best would be for you to download that editor, and test it, since you can use it as a "virtual regelwerk" to check out it features.

Yeah I got one for 250 euros, built like a tank, I wouldnt buy one new though, way too expensive. Dont really bother with the sequencing side as its pretty basic - and I have my Notron Latronic which kicks buttCreepJoint wrote:Any owners of Regelwerk have any comments on this wee beasty ??

this page has some important info - like how to tell between the older and newer versions. The newer ones basically have better faders.
Yours may be an older one which is why its going cheap
