BUT!

Since we are all ooooing and ahhhhhing........is it placebo? ?

?

Still can't get over the responsiveness here. Hiamp is pretty fracking versitile so far :o

Post

@Brian: Yes, I've suspected that you'll include the 100W one, I just couldn't get a good pic from the net ;)

By the way, can someone compare Anger to LE456?

Post

Anger has better frequency and dynamic response, also the filters-frequency pots on the channels are working as the should in the real amp. Its away better!

The ibby hardtail (the 1421) all stock

Great! Keep it all stock! Sounds amazing! :)

I can't do that with every amp model. Mostly ( and I have ALL the amp sims  ) they get muddy. I'll try the anger tomorrow but I'm sold on the hiwatt/jet city 50.

There is something funky about the hiwatt cab and the "tube" mic though. They both seem kinda "phasy" but I don't know if that is normal. I've noticed that mic sounds pretty MEH on it's own but comes in nicely when used with something else

Don't like the "bottle" mic so far, something harsh on the high end imho.

This is just a false positive. The Authorization Manager connects to the internet through a secure connection and writes to the registery for authorization, which is what Avira is detecting.

Thanks for raining on our parade, Funkybot! :P
Yeah, we decided to put the RAM management in a separate update all its own that will follow fairly closely, almost certainly before the next round of Custom Shop gear. The reason is that frankly, it's such a huge overhaul to AmpliTube that for testing purposes, it really needs to be its own update.

Yeah, come on, alright.
Now you've lost a customer. I've been waiting for so long for this issue being addressed and all we've got were the usual IK claims.
You can do this teasing with new models, advertisements, whatever, that's alright with me, but when promising that you're going to fix elemental bugs, which have been known FOR YEARS by now, then you could as well be a bit more transparent about it.
This should have been here by the end of last month and yet it get's delayed infinitely. Because yes, that's what IK does. That's what you guys have been doing for years now. No paying customer knows when to expect bugfixes for year old bugs, it was the same with AT2. You rather push a paid update, than fixing something in time.

Just stop making promises you obviously can't keep.

(Again, it's nothing personal, but it's a tendency with you guys.) :x

I just have one question:

How to seperate the "mics" (room and single ones) in your insert slot (meaning actual host channel strip!).

I'd love to have the room mics seperately from the close mics. So far I used the route to use two speaker cabins in parallel, one only using close mics, one only being room mics. This way I can use rack FX modules afterwards (seperate EQ), but I still can't record them separately unless I manually turn off each cabin and render seperately.

Also... I remember AT being a bit more flexible with the routing matrix? Must be my imagination.
