what is that hardware? how does it works?
he just put 32 songs and they all playing in the same time??
how can he tell which song 2 switch 2??

the hardware is definitely a Novation Launchpad. more than that, I don't know

Madeon's set up is mostly software based - for hardware, he uses two novation launchpads coupled a mixing board. The launchpads are synced to Ableton Live - this allows him to manipulate his tracks in a live setting. He breaks up the different elements of the track (drums, vocals, synths, etc) and cues them separately. But in terms of composition, he only uses soft synths (so no outboard units at all). I don't know specifically which ones he uses, but I do know his DAWs of choice are Fruity Loops and Ableton Live. Hope this helped.
