Hello,
I wanted to see if anybody can help me recreate the intro bassline to Don Henley's song dirty laundry. All I am looking for is how to get the exact bass instrument sound and how to put it into a piano roll. I have tried downloading the midi file online, but they have it set up at 115 bpm's when the actual song is in 98.4 bpm. Here is a clip of the intro
Thanks,
Funk01

Also I know that the tempo is faster then the original but that doesn't mean the rest of the piece is destroyed as a result.
I actually had a lot of fun trying this out. It's been years since I've actually played a bass. If you are tackling this on keys Keep the sustain pedal down for the first three notes played in the measure then back off and play staccato for the rest of the measure. Your finger lift is as important as it's strike. If you are playing it on an actual bass your going to need both left and right muting
