Does anyone know whether you can use your existing Melodyne plug-in in the mid-tier product?

I saw - or heard - in their site that if you have Editor or Assistant it works integrated (ARA supported from plugin version 1.3); if not it comes with an Essential license.

Do we need to buy Melodyne if we get Pro? It's sort of confusing. In the video demos they say "artist comes with a light version but pro comes with a 30 day trial" ... wtf? The pro doesn't come with the light one too? hrm.

Pro comes with Essentials, Producer and Artist come with a 30 days trial if I understood correctly.

Remember - Melodyne isn't Presonus tech. Celemony aren't going to give their stuff away for free. Expecting that to be the case, and judging Presonus when it doesn't happen is extremely lame. imho.

Slice up your audio and then drag it to your midi track.. Drag the audio groove from a drumloop to a midi track etc etc etc
