My first modem was 2400 baud. I still remember the day I upgraded to 14.4k, I thought that I would never need anything faster. (The 16.8k modems were atrociously expensive.)

Ummm... yeah, so would all of you mind cancelling your downloads, so that mine might get up to 3.50KB/sec, and I could feel more confident that it won't "time-out"?
