Hey all,

Newcomer here, hope I'm posting this in the correct area. I was listening to the following track today, and found an interesting tone change. I'm not very well versed in music theory, but I'm trying to learn as much as I can. Can anyone tell me what the specific term is for the tone change that happens during 0:25-0:30, and recurs several times for the duration of the track? Here is the track:
