True, and it's a good point. Though I see that 'potential' misinterpretation as advantageous, with regard to getting "attention". Which is quite frequently the motivation for two things (1.):

Given that I love "wordplay", I'm reasonably confident that the few people that would be confused/conflicted by it (amp modeler wise), would pale by comparison to those who discovered that the name ~ is simply "true", in the context I offered it.

Motivation thing (2.) : Generating interest in those who enjoy "suggesting" names, and/or offering "critiques" of suggested names, both (or either) of which can fuel "attention" and "interest".

Slightly OT, very talented sound designer he may be, but that Elhardt guy (the author of the Polymoog Resonator vid) is one strange character - the hugely elaborate hoaxes, the prickly online persona, and then there's the videos he's favourited on his YT channel.

My apologies if I repeat myself... we've alraedy done it. It's in our current (yet experimental) Zebra builds. Zebra 2.6 will have it, and a stable beta will come out right in time for scoring a certain Chris Nolan movie

Take a look at MOTU MachFive 3. It's like Omnisphere, but you can load user samples and has scripting too. The first real threat to Kontakt, IMO.

MachFive 3 seems to be nice but a want an U-He sampler with even more awesomeness

Personally, I'd love to see a SID emulation synth with the u-he tag, with lots of attention on that grimey filter and the oscillator quirks. Perhaps an expanded feature set, too. I'd also love it if they developed a model of the 303's filter, for use in their existing synths (Zebra!).

Wow, talk about good news!

I was running out of kb ctrld VCFs in peak mode... So recently, I dreamed on how good a filter bank would be... so this resonator thing sounds like a great addition to Zebra... thanks allot!
