Hi everyone

Short month this month as have been on holiday last couple of weeks

Nevertheless here we are, a laid back 80's style track
Using Charlatan was great, felt a little limited at first, then with more experimentation made some good oldskool style patches which Cubase subsequently lost when I updated the plugin to v1.1.1

The no host EQ rule took me to the free MeldaProduction effects this month, of which I'd previously been unaware
Holy ****, they're good!! (especially the EQ)

Wow I'm so impressed about some tracks. Doc Jons sounds are just mind blowing in multiple ways .

I think its just sick how you can get all these sounds from as basic synthesizer as Charlatan .

• Sometimes i dream about i'm surrounded in a warm white light.
  I can't see anything more in front of me. Totally snowblind.
  I can't feel earth under my feet.
  The light dissapears slowly and i'm feeling cold.
  I feel that i'm falling.
  I can see huge moving clouds.
  Now i'm flying at high velocity from the sky to nowhere.
  I'm over the clouds, over the sea.
  Guided by sunlight and raylights, i can perceive another warm light in the distant.

Notes

I wasn't about to upload it, but well, i just tweaked and changed some things today in a while and wasn't as bad as it was at beginning. But still so so, lol.

Track composed in 8 hours (+ 2 sorting the fixed version).
No CPU problems this time, obvious.
I just had some problems with my beloved ET-301 and multicore bug, but it's easy as hell to fix it.

Charlatan is a great synth, easy to tweak, low on CPU and with nice filters.

I was totally toasted this month, 10 tracks (or different ideas) at same time can blow your head and suck your whole inspiration energy in a few days

But well, there goes the track, i'm not even expecting to win or anything, there are already great submissions this month.

Reuploaded without the FreqEchoMK1. To be clever now it sound a bit different from the original version, but well. I changed some things in the arrange, automations, even made some new sounds effects which now sounds with more presence.

As usually, any problem, let me know.
Now, i need to rest about music/forum/computer/automation coloured clips a few days, lol.
My head is about to explode...

Digging the percussion, and the organ patch is brilliant! When the groove comes in, I'm taken to a place where nothing else matters except hanging loose. A place such as here, where I can post my thoughts without fear of fire-spitting cyber bullies attacking. Thanks for that Doc Jon!

And yea agree the Melda plugins are excellent, and the EQ also has the nice 'new' way of editing on the curve instead of the old knobs. But still u-he's Zebra (Zebrify) EQ leading when it comes to usability imo where the right mouse button sets the Q (bandwidth) value.

@Irion: I cannot play any of your songs on the Android app. I tried 3 songs, it says "This sound cannot be played". Well, this is not going to impact the voting or anything, cause I will listen to each and every song on my laptop but just thought I should let you know cause I don't want you to miss your fans on Android.

Vacation month for me, went to LA and Las Vegas. Bought Samsung Galaxy II, so been playing with it all the time . I didn't do anything musically this month so no tracks from me for Charlatan. Well. at least you guys are spared of listening to another horrible track. I will surely listen and vote though.

I can guess is due to i always deactivate the app icon when upload a song. Because i didn't knew what is all about on that icon, i'm always deactivating it just in case.

Thanks for the tip, i will edit all my tracks and activate it in the next days.
Anyway i don't have too many fans, lol. But i will do it for you, so you can download, play, etc in your new Galaxy phone.

Bit OT this but what made you choose the Galaxy over Ipad and the Asus thing Satya? Thinking about getting a pad for the kid as experts say it's the best thing for a toddler's development, apparently they take to it faster than most toys bizarrely..

I think it was about i said. Now i have changed all my track settings.
There is 3 options when you upload a new track.

• Downloads enabled/disabled
  Widgets everybody/only you
  Apps enabled/disabled

I think it was this last option. I usually set as disabled because i didn't know what was this thing.

Try it now, i think you can now listen/download my tracks with your app in the phone.
