It does look great and improved venilation is always cool. Double win :)
Due to the erm sight for sore eyes that is my good old DSL50 marshall? It sure looks neater though  but yes effectively the bit i never got around to (yet) is putting a front or back on the DSL of mine :D Think Paul/insonicgloom will possibly make the DSL look less fugly since i ain't playing live for agood while. I will be after the same thing pretty much grille wise. Cheers

It actually to me looks more 'Mesa Enigeered' now with the black metal grille also FWIW man

Well, after putting these things http://www.usspeaker.com/Maverick-1.htm through their paces I am glad to say that I can haz real presence now. The mids are rickh, the low end is real low and the highgs are just where want them.

[edit2] I give up.... [/edit2]

yeah I took the covers off the 12ax7s but insonicbloom (on FB) is suggesting I backlight the tubes with LEDs ;)

Im ordering some magazines right now and i wonder if i should add that one. I own the small version of TH1 .. but since this is TH2 i think maybe quality is upped?

I'm one for playing in low light

I can't see anymore, so that is out for me. But yeah, I used to like being in low lit when doing music.

Its pretty good and definately worth ordering the back issue for i think/FWIW. I'll always take one of my real amps but for the price of a CM mag its great :)
Can not comment on the differences between it and TH1 Triode as i am not sure whats what but version 2 of TH feels/sounds improved to me Crackbaby

damn, this is on every channel :x :hihi: Sounds good but I have to admit I skipped through it some, I'll save the rest for later when I can watch it through my home system and tivo :)

I find it impossible to get a feel if an amp is "good" or not when listening to a video. Surely it takes a couple of minutes of playing yourself to find out.
That said, i enjoy watching such videos ;)

Andy at PGS could make the crappiest massproduced concrete guitar sound good while i could make a supercustom reissue alien braintransducer amp sound like crap

I'd love to have a Kemper...
