I'm not sure if you received my email with the level burst preset? I called it "Super boom crunch mega bug.zip".
Do you generally prefer bug reports via email?

I could hire this out, but this would cut into my margins enough that the $50 price point no longer makes sense.

It shouldn't be too difficult or time-consuming if you went with a CMS. Joomla with a few extensions would do it nicely.

Email is good, but I had forgot about this one. Thanks for the reminder!

EDIT: And that was a NASTY bug! It turns out that the modulation I was using for the Early section was going out of range, due to some error in the LFO. Fortunately, I had a better version of the LFO code on hand, so it was a quick fix.

I have an OSX beta version of ValhallaRoom 1.0.9 available for testing. Send me an email or PM (with your email) if you are a VRoom owner and want to test it.

The changes:

- Pro Tools now displays ValhallaRoom in Reverbs, as opposed to Other.
- The name in the Pro Tools Insert windows is now "VRoom" again.
- Nasty bug in the post above fixed.
- Chirping bugs associated with early modulation fixed.
- Mix control smoothed, to prevent clicks.

- NEW REVERB MODE: Sulaco. This is in the "small/sparser room" category, but with rich modulation, and the ability to go between very large and very tiny sizes with the Late Size control. Dial in small rooms, huge spaces, what have you. It is Dark, and is fairly low CPU (slightly higher than Narcissus).

I'm working on that next, but may need to sleep somewhere in there. :D I'll try to get it done before I go to bed. So I can wake up in the morning to see what new bugs await me.

Ohhhhh.....

I try to not freak out: This new Saluco mode is fantastic! Just that. Abolutely gorgeous. Not sure how to describe it. It reminds me of certain reverb flavours I heard before. Sounds very stylish (to avoid the word expensive).
OK, I say it anyway: It reminds me of certain Lexi sounds. 8)

Hey, you can use the word "expensive" in this thread if you want. That's not my hangup. :D

Hehehe, I even tried to avoid the L-word.
It has such a nice decay that sounds very good. And it does two things at the same time like no other of VRoom's modes: While it enhances the dry source sound it doesn't smear it while it envelopes it. Hard to describe. Like the glue of a good compressor. But without any mud.
And it sounds great even with diffusion on zero. Then you can clearly hear single reflections but it is not resonating in the Late part! I like that.
Thanx a lot for adding this mode, Sean! :D

Wow! Just wow! :-o
The new mode is brilliant!
This mode will be really great for ambient as far as I can tell yet!
I recorded a small audio demo:

Some of my Zebra presets through the Sulaco mode (With different settings).

I love it!
Thanks again Sean!

Very good demo! Great Zebra sounds and a great reverb. :tu:

Indeed, the new Sulaco algorithm is awesome! I find it very "solid" in the center, making it THE drum reverb of choice. I also like the way the early reflections scale up with the size knob. Very easy create slamming snare and tom rooms.

I found a bug though. For more details, please check your email Sean.

Cheers!
