Sean - I'm sorry to interrupt OP but I wanted to ask here in case any others have the same problem. My six-year-old hard drive failed on my old Dell and I am going to update to i7 win7 platform soon. I paid for Valhallaroom but don't remember the install. It seems that I had the demo and then ordered and you sent an authorization file that installed and was on my desktop. At any rate, when I reinstall Valhallaroom, what do I need to do. Thanks!

Send me an email, or a PM with your first name/last name/email address (so I can look you up in my records), and I will send you the install instructions again.

Hey Sean, did you get my e-mail about a certain kind of reverb we were discussing a little while back?

Only thing I would humbly request for the audio orgasm known as V-Room is a highpass slider.

Not a big deal, I have a HP filter after V-Room, but it would be nice to do everything in one plugin.

ArgleBargle... why is your name so similar to mine? Anyway, I suggested the same thing. I suggested that the filter slider be actually "two sliders in one" so you can select a range of frequencies hi and low to cut out. Sean said that any extra parameters would break presets.

I had originally thought that adding parameters would break projects using the plugin. But Andy from Cytomic let me know that, if I add parameters to the end of the list, that the projects will run no problem.

The only issue would then be with the presets, in that the existing presets would not have a LOWCUT parameter defined. Not sure how I would solve this issue.

I'm not going to update VRoom for a while, since I just released 1.0.9 on Friday. I need to get ÜberMod out the door, and then pay a little attention to ValhallaShimmer (adding preset browser and MIX lock). At some point, I need to add AAX plugins as a format, but there is no big rush on that.

Create a program in which you drag and drop the preset files and it spits out updated preset files... since your presets are a simple arrangement of text couldn't you use some kind of automated bulk text editor?

That works great for the factory presets. I think he's mainly concerned with breaking users presets, which would be the case if he doesn't follow andy's advice.
