Case opened!

With a thread full of Catanya-knowing people i must abduct it to ask:
Is it possible to shorten not length? (ie 32th instead of 16th)
Can i save my makings to the preset list or am i stuck saving FXB's one by one?
I sent an email to 7aliens but after reading this i dont have my hopes up for a response this decade ^^

I guess I should have read this thread before ordering from 7aliens. Purchased his plugs from his website a week ago and have heard nothing about my serial numbers.

Yes, they are very sloooowwww, but they come through. But you could do some research on the social networks and find the devs, I believe.

Cutting out on license transfer requests is one thing, but this is pretty ridiculous.

The email is on their website (see the Contact page). Coincidentally, I emailed him earlier today to see if we are ever going to get that 64-bit update (but I'm not holding my breath for a response or an update).

Are they still in business?
I'm interested in buying catanya and harmonizer.
They still have their holloween special offer, 50& off for the bundle.

Because of this thread I was warned, so I emailed them 2 times - no response so far.
Does anybody buy anything from 7aliens recently?

I could sell you my Catanya but i think someone in this thread did and it took about 3 weeks to get it done ...

Look at Kirnu arp for an alternative. I think it can be used as a polyphonic arp and you can make patterns in it.

I bought it used, and the seller got a reply from them 3 weeks after I bought it. then I waited another 2 weeks for transfer processing. but in the end, they responded, and everything was sorted out properly, so I see no reason not to buy from them

So you had to wait 5 weeks

This could be my chance, to think more about the value of time.
But not yet.
I'm willing to pay for products I use, but I expect support, at least when I buy a product as a new customer.
If they don't respond within a few days, I don't feel like being in a good relation, not being a happy customer.
There are a lot of dev's offering great support (like camel, u-he).

And thanks to suggest kirnu.
I already checked this nice arp, but I don't think it's poliphonic, at least I didn't get it playing poly.

I saw a demo video (probably youtube) where he held down some keys and got it to play a part of the sequence in mono and then some chords .. was pretty cool

I waited 5 weeks for having them properly transfer the product to me, but I was, of course, able to use it the moment I bought it. it's just the formal procedure that takes that long.

7-Aliens Company ???
