Here is a new demo produced by Alan Russell, featuring the Scarbee RSP 73 Fender Rhodes and one of the Bardstown jazz guitars. Other instruments used are the Trilogy bass and Motif Sax Ensemble and Dr. Jazz Drums.

Enjoy!

Damn, that's an incredibly convincing Rhodes sound. Definitely kicks ass over MDA ePiano, which is what I'm using now. I'm drooling. But I don't know. For the same $200, I'd be inclined to get Lounge Lizard, which gives you both Rhodes and Wurlitzer sounds and keeps you from having to deal with sample libraries.

I see your point. Lounge Lizard sounds great, but it doesn't give you the feeling of sitting right in front of a proper Rhodes or Wurly. The Scarbee libraries do. Everything is just so authentic - it really is worth the money. :D

Interesting. I haven't used Lounge Lizard yet, but from reading the review in CM I was under the impression that Lounge Lizard does Rhodes and Wurlitzer as well as B4 does the Hammond B3. From what you guys say, it sounds like I shouldn't rush out and buy it without doing some serious auditions. Thanks for chiming in and letting me know!

The Bardstown demo IS using Scarbee RSP73..just to clarify.

PS. I'm working on the Clavinet D6 now - it will be huge (2-3 DVD's) and very, very realistic.

Offer a non-noise reduction treated version.

I will offer the noise as a sample - it's nice to have for ultimate realism..

Don't worry - the removed noise has not affected sound at all.
