I don't have any big problem with the site, just sometimes I would like to play their demo clips as fullscreen and I can't.

forums and user libraries ok,
main pages take a long time to load a very boring bunch of images and some 1 tiny bar of links at the top that, if you could be bothered to go through them, might eventually get you somehwere.
i always use google to find their non flash pages but never the NI website.

Plans are afoot for a new site that doesn't involve Flash. I don't have a live date yet (it'll be a while) but I thought I'd let you know it's on its way.

Thanks for the update - good to know it's on its way.Keir @ NI wrote:Plans are afoot for a new site that doesn't involve Flash. I don't have a live date yet (it'll be a while) but I thought I'd let you know it's on its way.

Excellent decision. Flash is fine for "extra goodies" but it should never be the only, nor even the primary, method for navigating a Website. (I probably said as much earlier in the thread.)

Agreed, and certainly the general trend has been to head in that direction for some time. I think there have been notable failures for Flash (didn't a very large online retailer go under and blame their Flash only website a few years back?) so this is certainly a good move.Meffy wrote:Excellent decision. The only problem I have personally found with the Native Instruments web site is that they don't have 50% or greater discounts everyday!

Sorry to dig this one up, but it's been in the back of my mind since my last post. The first step has been taken and the NI site should now be functional on mobile devices and Apple products. Work on it is continuing.
It'd be handy if people could let me if they're still experiencing problems.

Just had a quick look around on my iPad and, at first glance, everything seems to working fine. A few pages (i.e., the ones with a lot of content) load a little slow, but it's tolerable. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the audio examples work in iOS!
