Need someone with a more skilled ear than my own to analyze two sung chords from two classic tunes please.

In the Beach Boys tune "Good Vibrations", what is the chord sounded when the quiet passage drops out and the singers hit a big shiny acapella "AH!" with a reverb cutoff? This is before the reprise out to the end.

and,

In the Beatles song "Sun King", they too hit a big shiny "AH!" chord just before the main lyrics come in.

I appreciate your responses, thank you.

Beach Boys: Some sort of F7sus4 (Eb being the top note).
Beatles: Sounds like a Dmin/G to me. The bass is quite weird...
