in today's "wow" category, someone just sent me 333 presets for swish2..

zip contains 3 banks, each bank contains the 17 default patches then 111 new patches... (edited: contributor wishes to remain anonymous) :)

It's good drum synth, but maybe buggy or something like that. I tried demo 2 times in FL Studio, but when I created loop and played, it plays percussions randomly... :shrug:

yes, that's the demo limitation, every nth note is transposed, which, in this vst, will trigger one of the other sounds.

abstractcats used it for all percussions in this demo...

it's 6 part stereo noise with resonant filter, ~a utility for adding swishes to tracks, but due to the filter it has application for classic synth percussion.


anyway.....

the same fellow has now sent 57 bass patches for aurora, many of them are quite usable imo.

i just compiled a version of it with 6 stereo outs for someone. i never use multiout vst, and several years ago i believe the vst spec only supported so many outputs, so i can't guarantee that the multi out version will work in your host. send me a pm with your email in it and we can find out :)

i've had two people test and give affirmative on a multi-out version of swish2 (6 stereo outs).

i don't use multi-outs so it's not something i generally build - if you own the license and would like this version of swish2, drop me a line :)
