So far Amplitube and Garageband.

Any other DAW or stomp box modeler apps? Seems most of them only work with their own devices e.g. PocketAmp and Line6 Mobile Pod.

JamUp Lite and Pro version, Garageband, Fourtrack, Multitrack DAW, you can also use it to plug your guitar into ThumbJam and use it as a synth (violin, trumpet, megasaw, etc.) Lots of options!!

Any other apps which work with the iRig guitar adapter?
