Rejoice that you are in contact. before we download anything here, need to get copyrights!otherwise just leave the product! And you are talking about it with ease! let us finish and then criticize...We do not deceive anyone, just no sense!Think what you like..it's your opinion...that's how we get copyrights, then you will see... and do not talk about it so easily... We do not deceive and we promise cell will be here..and no matter how much time will! can make and year and 2,the main release a quality product!jobromedia wrote:Soon was 7 pages ago. 7 pages of this topic, and not a single picture so far. Unless you're building up a hoax it's time to put up some picture proof of this plugin. I've been designing plugins since 2001, and a plugin without no picture to back it up is no plugin at all. I want to tell a couple of words in support of the developers. At the moment the delay of the GUI design is related to synthmaker, as it has one small issue overlooked by Outsim. I presume that the engine of CELL is 99% done. So I recommend everybody to be patient

Dude what business of yours is it if he chooses to develop the GUI last and what difference does that make ? "His duty" as a programmer ? What do you know about programming ? And a "hoax" ? Do you have anything to back that up ? So just because there's no pretty pictures to show this whole deal is a hoax ?jobromedia wrote:Soon was 7 pages ago. 7 pages of this topic, and not a single picture so far. Just wanted to say I'd be glad to be one of the beta-testers.

Can you tell us what problem is there with the synthmaker? I use Synthmaker too and you can make a gui fine, and nothing is overlooked.hantymansy wrote:At the moment the delay of the GUI design is related to synthmaker, as it has one small issue overlooked by Outsim.

Hi! Adam did not expect to see you in this post. Adam you are well aware of the problem Synthmaker, this problem is the identifier knob. When you add new controls in the GUI, we obtain the identity shift knobs for the host. It will look like Cutoff for your host to turn Resonance or vice versa. The problem now is a graphical interface only in the number of knobs on the panel. In the process of setting up and refining the engine I notice the need for additional management settings (which should be brought to the panel graphical user interface), a similar situation occurred with the introduction of a control panel Envelope Punch, the regulator Punch Control (which allowed the user to change the nature of the incredible synth), from soft vintage lead to hitters Acid Sequence. I did it a few days ago after regular calibration of the envelopes. That is so far the only issue that makes me just stop Developed by the GUI. I wish it to fully implement all the required and optional features, the synthesizer is incredibly complex architecture (I would call it a hybrid subtractive synthesizer), such as the modulation signal oscillator, such as oscillator acts as the LFO and allows you to modulate the Cutoff, oscillator actually works as a sound generator and modulator. This is a small example of modulation that I do in the CELL. Do not get me wrong. Thank you for your attention. Your Anjey Olaf ))))))

Ah you mean when you add a knob or delete one the whole parameter list gets shifted and the previous presets don't work? Yes I have noticed that too!Anjey_Olaf wrote:Hi! Haha I am also secretly working on a big synth (well not secret anymore oops), a Virus-y synth in fact, so I have been following this thread for a while, but have not written anything because I know how hard it is to make a synth so I was just waiting

Going for a JP/Virus Hybrid Adam?
The issue with adding or deleting a knob is really ugly in synthmaker, especially if you want to add later after the plugin release through updates new features.
Same as JP6K 1.1 update there was this issue also if i remind me right.
About Cell, hmmm... there i'm a little bit skeptical. Sounds so far nice, also the demos, but demos, especially like left channel own synth - right channel virus, it's not really objective, you can record the virus waveform, recalculate them as 1024 or 2048 wavetable, and with linear or 4th order interpolation it will logical sounds like the original waveform.
And sometimes, a synth engine can be good and clever structured, but if the GUI is very user unfriendly, it will damage the hole synth, so like many others i'm waiting curios for more info or something for the eyes
I hope it will be a nice synth, to many blaim all synthmaker developers, just because it's synthmaker, but the past has shown also synthmaker plugins can be awesome, like Boosty plugins, or Adams JP6K..
But synthmaker is still limited, the cpu usage is not so optimal, and things like reverb are a big minus. The code modul for importing c++ codes didn't allow all possible orders, so it's nearly impossible to create a really good reverb inside synthmaker. So far just tweaking by using better AP filters, optimising the routing, room times, oversampling, hidden modulation etc - which will have a high cost on the cpu. There a really good tweaked reverb would surely eat more cpu as the hole synthengine maybe.
But so far, as already said, the CELL demos sounding nice, so hopefully CELL will also looks nice
So i go back to work, and working on my Virus-Nordlead hybrid/mutant synthesizer

So there are actual beta testers? That means it must exist. Do you need any more?
