Hi All,

Just noticed that an iPhone version of Animoog is now out in the app store.

69p - seems reasonable!!

Needs Arm7 processor so only 4 & 4s need apply.

Seems to take a long time to initialize on the iPod 4G though... but I'm glad Moog chose to include the rest of us in the party. It's really fun to play around with.

Anyone compare the iPad and "mini" version? Are they feature and sound identical?

Working on 3GS. Take sometime to load and I had one crash...

compare to the iPad, well it's... small

but still a great fun to play with will make a superb "sketchbook" for on the road.

I bought Animoog for the iPad a while ago and it was a steal when I bought it for 69p. However I don't understand why Moog didn't make a free update as universal for both iPad and iPhone instead of releasing a separate iPhone version which meant having to spend another 69p on the iPhone version. Anyway its still a steal for such a great sounding versatile synth.

Even on an iPhone it's a great synth to play with. I guess the one thing that bothered me about VSTs - not being able to use my hands on them (vs via a controller) is solved via iOS. It's easily the most fun I've had in years.
