how to save pad that uses a .wav file?

I am trying to create my first pad (with one sample) that uses the sample module and a .wav file of my own creation.

When I save (in this case export to an external directory) the pad, the loaded sample that is displayed is changed from a .wav file to a .d4t file, and the pad no longer plays. I have to reload the .wav file for it to play, and then I can't save it.

What am I doing wrong?

thanks

Hi, you should tell us which plugin do you mean but i'm sure, you talk about CronoX, right?

Well, please, take a look if you own the latest version, i do not remember any problems and i use CrnoC very often with own samples. what happened if you close and open CrnoX again, is the pad sound working?

I am having this problem with RMV. I should have specified that in my original message.

Hi Keith,
saving pads seems to work as expected, but i can confirm that the export function is making trouble). As a guideline, export if for exchanging pads with e.g. a friend or colleague while saveing is soring it in the library.
Nevertheless, some work for us ... thanks for pointing this out.
