A long time ago… maybe 1.5 years AKAI had a FTP site that had a fairly decent piano on It that was free.. Since my crash of data I have lost it (please don’t ask)
Is that FTP site gone?

It's totally kooky you should ask that, bra...
I was just organizing my AKAI samples last night! And I had been rather impressed with the piano samples...They closed the ftp down and said that they'd be bringing it back up eventually, but it's indefinitely in limbo...

those samples can be a bit dicey. there's some header info in there that makes them crash in most freeware samplers. shame.. nice drums.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.
