this guy has really done it well and I get a good but strange feeling when I listen to this.

Can someone help me with getting that kind of feeling?

Is there any effects I can try or any synths that is good enough to make it?

Is it the bass that makes the feeling?

Sorry, that tune does nothing for me.
There's no magic synth, effect or bass line.
Maybe just a crafty job that 'ticks' for you
