Yes, this is indeed an incredible almost freebie... I had no idea how good this synth really is

(never tried the demo since the full version is actually out of my price-range)

I had tried out the demo before, but even so now that I have a full working version I spent some more time with it. It is an amazing sounding synth. If you just listen to it for what it is. Its so precise and at the same time full. Its got a gentle character but it never sounds weak. Its like the trance dream machine. With the effects it is even more so. It is so flexible too. The bass especially is great.

Just ordered a copy of the issue including Dune LE. I hope the synth is as good as everyone says, and that it's really polyphonic.

Got it today, and the synth is amazing. Never fiddled with any plugin so long on first sight... it's especially the layout of the GUI which is appealing to me, all simple and handy laid out in front of the user. Sound is extremely good too.

I got the wrong issue btw, i ordered issue 01/2012 but i got 02/2012, which still had Dune LE (or BE as it is called, Beat Edition) on the DVD. Could have as well just gone to the local newsstand for that...

As you get used to it and start checking out the presets you see how powerful it is under the hood too. Its very well thought out indeed.

Yep. Another thing which is absolutely fantastic is its cpu efficiency. I mean that thing takes literally nothing compared with other modern plugins.

Turn on all 3 oscillators, turn on unisono and voice stacking and it still takes about 1/10 of what z3ta+ for example usually uses for sounds like that. A nice example that good sound doesn't need much ressources.

Sorry, didn't want to confuse you, i bet it will be all just fine! I was just kidding as i somehow got issue 2/2012 (which also included Dune BE on the DVD!!) instead of issue 01/2012. I'm sure that was only a one time mistake though and that they'll be delivering the right issue to you. Nevermind my stupid joke.
