Just purchased Tremor, yayyy- days of demoing it did the trick.
The only disturbing issue is, that the price announced on the FXpansion website (119 Euros) did not match the actual price, paypal deducted from my account (126,24 Euros). So I paid for the currency conversion or what? But it doesn't really bother me, as I now have a new drum machine :)

I know I know, youz after the 909s and 808s... if I get one in real flesh I'll attempt a proper emu with correct pot editing ranges, but I suspect it may be a job too much.

And a rather excellent one at that! :D

I, too, bought Tremor. I know I've been bitching about the sequencer etc. But the sound is great and tweaking is much fun. Also the FXpansion guys folks are awesome (kudos especially to Angus) so I feel good supporting them.

Keep 'em coming FXpansioneers!

BTW: I also paid roughly 83,xx€ instead of 79€. I guess it's the currency conversion from pounds to euro.

Yeah it's having a good source of those 4x4 kicks, snares and hihats. I just uploaded a quick demo anyway http://soundcloud.com/musikmachine/tremor-clip

Just experimenting with the synth capabilities and transmod system but i think the bass drum has a nice kick to it, only subtle distortion used. :)

Here is an experiment with 2 instances of tremor and some 3rd party FX...

Really EXCELLENT! What 3rd party plugins did you use for this?

Thank's - some ÜberMod Delays and one of my Filterscape (u-he) patches (Filtered Delays)...

FYI - in Vienna Ensemble Pro 64-bit, Tremor's kit / preset / sound menus don't work. Works fine in 32-bit VEP. Geist has similar issues I've noticed. Really hoping this gets fixed!

More Tremor Beatz this time all in the Box, no outboard FX...

Nice tracks Sampleconstruct. 8) Did you sequence them both within Tremor?

Thank's - yes, all Tremor-quencing including Graphs, just triggering the different patterns I setup within Logic...this thing is a real gem!

Experiment with 1 instance of Tremor triggering the different patterns via Midi within Logic:
Triplet Tremor

There is a tad of Decapitator on a Bus, everything else is Tremor...

I like the idea of Tremor so much. I just wish it was easier to get smoother sounds. It really tends towards rough and gritty, and not in the way I would prefer. Mellowing it out with filter cutoff and whatnot is not entirely easy. Higher pitched sounds tend to just disappear as the scratchiness gets cut out. I feel like I'm using someone else's gear which is purpose build for music that I don't even listen to.

That all might sound like I'm only interested in very traditional stuff, but that's not the case. I've been listening to Datach'i all week. It's the digital bit crushed quality that seems to be Tremo's interpretation of 'drive' and treble the is leaving me on the fence about buying it.
