I'm glad to see so many Windows users already talking about how they are interested in DP. I have been using it for years and it really is a terrific DAW. Those of you who are new to this DAW are going to love it.

haha, that guy has really got the "buzz" words down :hihi:

It's pretty hard to really hear what the new fx/etc are doing but groovy that it's there. In the vid, the "sub kick" sounds awful though hehe

Have you looked under the couch? Some of my best lines end up there. And sometimes it's good to put your humor on a short leash and tie it around around your legs - then take a step, instant pratfall and guffaws all round. :D

Oh and that fake Windows DP8 NAMM video looks great and sounds horrible with that fake crowd noise. I've been to NAMM - it's quiet as a church in there - all those religious announcements and product evangelizing is whispered in Latin to the rapturous attendees. Not that garish hucksterism seen in that obviously NASA-doctored video.

I see your over here starting shit... some think that this is due to Apple discontinuing the Mac Pros. Sorry, but I'd build a Hackintosh LONG before I'd use windows for anything. Hope MOTU keeps on supporting the platform who got them to the place their at today. Doesn't matter, I can make KILLER music with DP7, no need for 8.
