I experimented with iSequencer, and saw that I can upload samples to it via Wifi. It gives me an IP addy, to connect via wifi, but nothing really happens when I enter that adress. What am I supposed to do?

First off I do not have a answer for your question.... But, I have had a license for iSequence for almost 2 years, and after the first week took it off my device. Tried it again with every update of course, but always quickly deleted it. As far as I know it is not even being updated anymore, but I hope I'm wrong about that....

Anyway, your problem will be solved for about $20. That is the cost of Beatmaker 2 or Nano Studio. Ether one of those is light years ahead of iSequence in every way.

You will notice that iSequence is almost never talked about, there is a good reason for that....

Out of all the sequencers I love iSequence for creating quick ideas, it's my go to app of choice. Unfortunately with the new update it won't open on my iPad.

iSequence is still being updated and iSequence 3 is due to come out, but no set release date.

Apparently what you know isn't very much so stop spreading misinformation.

And there's no "good reason" for that. It's a pretty damn good app and I can't say I've seen anyone bashing it as much as you're insinuating. And none of the apps you listed are "light years" ahead.

Unfortunately I'm not sure that's true anymore. There has been no news on version 3 for ages and the dev doesn't reply to any questions relative to version 3 in his own forum group. I think it's totally dead.

iSequence is great. Tracker like dream station for iOS. What is not to love? The sounds are great too. It's no wonder the same developer made Sunriser.

Strangely enough there was an update to this a couple of days ago

Most probably you hit "close" in the IP message dialogue (at least that was my own mistake :) ) Otherwise that may be some browser incompatibility (although in my experience Chrome, Firefox and even the IE all worked fine). BTW this latest update works fine on my ipad2 (ios5.0.1) and I can't say any bad on the iSequence app. My fave studio app together with Nano, though I ratherr use iSequence to sequence loops exported from eg Rebirth, iMS20, iElectribe and likes.

Relax pal, it's just an app. I was just giving MY experience with it. I am happy it fits your needs, but it doesn't fit mine. Hope you have a better day.

Am for sure going to try it again at version 3. The latest update doesn't add any thing that interest me.....

This one works With IOS lower than 5, it works great plus the new FX seem good, but where is the Gate effect, I see a new looper effect but no gate.

At the bottom of the fx list called Trance gate, works well, my biggest gripe with this app is the latency on the drum pads. It requires a different mind set that BM or Nano but that can be a good thing.

Snagged the update y'day. Will check it out a bit today. And the issue with the wifi connection persists. Only this time when I hit the close button the app exits without no due warning.
