Hey guys,

I'm kind of new here, but anyways i've been looking EVERYWHERE for the AM ProSolo VST instrument, and i can't seem to find it anywhere online. is there a chance anyone here has the .zip they could send me could even be the demo?? Genesis has my fingers tingling

Sorry, unless the author explicitly allows redistribution it's not legal for anyone else to send you the files -- not even the demo version.

Since the site is down, I'd recommend trying to contact the synth's maker. Try searching KVR for any other mentions of the software you're interested in. That might provide clues for getting in touch with the software's creator.

Then again, could be he'll take the high road and become a forum contributor. That's my hope.

Another possibility -- maybe someone could suggest freeware alternatives or substitutes?

Indeed, there is nothing wrong with asking a question after all. The generic EULA/Terms of Use that almost always prohibits redistribution may be something mcmon151 is unaware of.

Never like the Prosolovst VST. I got an upgrade from them that killed it anyway. Now it only emits noise. Haha thanx for the "upgrade". I really like the Shabby Chic Kontakt instrument though.

Seems that searching for any of the AM synths here at KVR now produce no results. When did that happen? I'll have to guard mine like gold now! Thank heaven I am a neurotic backer upper!

kinda stinks theres nothing for free anymore, im only 15 and money doesnt like me, il just save up my money

for now its back to the old SynthBrass2 with a phaser on top on my roland haha

Don't know about version 1, but 2 cost 29 or 30 euros... when it was available, which it seems not to be any longer.

No matter, the "save up my money" part is right on target. It's the right way to do things. As long as you stick with legal software, you can probably stay here as long as you like.

Good deal, man. Glad to hear that. Wish I would have been looking for VSTs when I was 15 instead of playing sleazy lead guitar in a regionally touring rock band... although I wouldn't trade that experience for a million bucks, mind you! Well, maybe for a million bucks!
