@whyterabbit - I know what you mean but I've got so much junk going to that address I've just lost interest in trying to avoid it anymore haha

Nekro told me it might be a good idea to show the actual board so you know it's not just some garage-etched thing - it is a properly fabricated 2 sided PCB

just a quick post to say that my boards (I grabbed two) arrived yesterday - and very sweet they look too. I just need to order a couple of ic's and whatnot. Thanks for the quick service insonicbloom!

Good to know... I'm interested, but not sure when I'll have the spare cash (I know they're cheap, but other things need to take priority for me right now).

Judging by the photo above, looks like a pretty low parts-count/cheap build too, eh?

aye, they are pretty cheap to build, I was thinking of offering an "electronics inclusive" deal with some of them - you know where I provide the IC's, resistors etc. but not the hardware stuff, but yeah it's quite cheap.

I'm sure some folks would find that useful, but personally I probably have everything except maybe the pots & any "special" IC's.

there's no really special IC's there's a bridge rectifier chip in it, but I used a really common cheap one that you see in most of sky boxes/digital freeview TV boxes etc and thats one thing people seem to have lying around alot
