YES, finally it's done! Time to post here as well!

Synthmaster is now 64 bits on MacOSX as well

Aside from this news, we have the following updates/fixes:

v2.5.4.132
1. NEW: For effect version of SynthMaster, oscillator type is set to "audioin" by default now
2. NEW: 64 bit AU/VST versions of SynthMaster are released on MacOSX

v2.5.4.131
1. FIX: SynthMaster might crash when oscillator type is changed from basic/additive to wavescanning
2. NEW: Added new global setting to enable/disable hiding older presets
3. NEW: Added new global setting to enable/disable bipolar easy parameters

v2.5.4.130
1. FIX: When renaming a preset, SynthMaster shows the file dialog box at the wrong location, which might cause a crash
2. FIX: When mod matrix filter is set, and prev/next buttons of the matrix are pressed, SynthMaster might crash
3. NEW: Added a new skin (red), by Irion DaRonin. Thank you Irion

4. NEW: Online presets are now part of the update, as a single bank file

If you guys downloaded SynthMaster in the last few days (including yesterday/today), please get the following updates immediately. We just discovered an important CPU killer bug on the oscillators which was introduced very recently:

Thanks for the super fast turnaround on the bugfix!

Are there dedicated presets for effect mode? As a relatively new user I don't think I found the right category in the preset browser (if they exist).

Expect a lot of tutorial presets, partial presets, content, etc, after the 2nd half of February. Until then, we'll be busy porting SynthMaster to RTAS, it IS time for ProTools folks to meet with the SynthMonster

SynthMaster running as an RTAS instrument plugin under ProTools 9, on Windows 7 32 bits:

Once we get it working on MacOSX, we'll do some extensive tests, and hopefuly in 2 weeks we should release it

Hi everyone,

We just released version 2.5.4.134, which is our 1st "beta" release for th RTAS format! SynthMaster is an RTAS plugin on both Windows 7 and MacOSX 10.5+ operating systems.

Demo users can download at: http://www.synthmaster.com/downloads.aspx

So far we've tested with ProTools 9 (32 bits) only, and we've observed one issue on MacOSX: Knobs can be moved with mouse. However, mouse wheel works though!

Expect the 2nd beta in a couple of days!

No, bug fixes including "tempo sync" etc. will come this week. The RTAS version also has 2 confirmed bugs so far so I'l try to released fixes for all this week.

A new update 2.5.4.135 for MacOSX RTAS builds:

1. Fixed: Changing knobs with mouse doesnt work (it works now, but still UI isnt refreshed until mouse button released)

2. Fixed: Hanging notes might occur from time to time.
