It's killing me what genre this is. And they're not releasing who made it or what it is.
I've made a few guesses but none of them are close.
I like to review free VST instruments.

Advertising electronica or "adtronica".
Adtronica has taken the position in advertising that jazz-fusion-lite has (used to have?) in porn flicks and low-budget film productions.
